Question: Can i use 100 voltage portable aircondition with 60 hzt in 220 voltage with 50hzt?

Went to africa with portable aircondition and trying to use it on 220 voltage but it kept going on and turning compressor off/

In short, NO. Any equipment with electric motor relies on the cycles per sec (Hz) and will suffer from unknown issues when driven out of factory spec.

You cannot really do that, a certain voltage should be used in its corresponding Hz, to avoid accidents or any dangers.
